S\u00ebmundjet kardiovaskulare jan\u00eb s\u00ebmundje t\u00eb zemr\u00ebs dhe t\u00eb sistemit qarkullues dhe sipas manifestimeve klinike mund t\u00eb ndahen si s\u00ebmundje t\u00eb zemr\u00ebs ose s\u00ebmundje ishemike t\u00eb zemr\u00ebs, s\u00ebmundje cerebro-vaskulare dhe s\u00ebmundje t\u00eb qarkullimit periferik. K\u00ebto numra t\u00eb shoq\u00ebruara me vdekshm\u00ebri t\u00eb madhe, morbiditet t\u00eb lart\u00eb, invaliditet t\u00eb lart\u00eb paraqet problem serioz shoq\u00ebror. Organizata Sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsore Bot\u00ebrore nd\u00ebrmori nj\u00eb s\u00ebr\u00eb masash q\u00eb t\u00eb ballafaqohet me k\u00ebto s\u00ebmundje. Prandaj, sot me t\u00eb drejt\u00eb thuhet se s\u00ebmundjet kardiovaskulare jan\u00eb epidemi e koh\u00ebs s\u00eb sotme.<\/p>\n

Cili \u00ebsht\u00eb ndryshimi themelor pato-anatomik q\u00eb ndodh, a ka em\u00ebrim t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt p\u00ebr gjitha s\u00ebmundjet kardiovaskulare.<\/h2>\n

– N\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha s\u00ebmundjet kardiovaskulare, diku rreth 95% te s\u00ebmundjet kardiovaskulare fajtori kryesor \u00ebsht\u00eb arteroskleroza. Ekzistojn\u00eb edhe programe dhe masa nacionale n\u00eb vende t\u00eb caktuara me q\u00ebllim q\u00eb t\u00eb zvog\u00eblohet vdekshm\u00ebria prej k\u00ebtyre s\u00ebmundjeve, t\u00eb zvog\u00eblohet morbiditeti, invaliditeti me q\u00ebllim t\u00eb zbutet ai efekt financiar negativ, k\u00ebshtu q\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha masat jan\u00eb p\u00ebrqendruar n\u00eb nj\u00eb parandalim primar dhe sekondar t\u00eb s\u00ebmundjeve kardiovaskulare. N\u00eb parandalimin sekondar, caku jan\u00eb ata pacient\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebt tashm\u00eb jan\u00eb s\u00ebmur\u00eb prej s\u00ebmundjeve kardiovaskulare dhe te k\u00ebta pacient\u00eb veprohet me q\u00ebllim t\u00eb zvog\u00eblohet invaliditeti, vdekshm\u00ebria, q\u00eb t\u00eb mund\u00ebsohet sa m\u00eb shpejt zbulimi i s\u00ebmundjes dhe mjekimit, rehabilitimi i drejt si dhe rekomandimi q\u00eb t\u00eb zvog\u00eblohen t\u00eb gjith\u00eb faktor\u00ebt e rrezikut.<\/p>\n

Cil\u00ebt jan\u00eb faktor\u00ebt e rrezikut t\u00eb cil\u00ebt ndikojn\u00eb negativisht mbi sh\u00ebndetin e zemr\u00ebs<\/h2>\n

– Gjithmon\u00eb tem\u00eb aktuale ka qen\u00eb grupi i faktor\u00ebve t\u00eb rrezikut t\u00eb cil\u00ebt sjellin deri te paraqitja e shpejt\u00eb e s\u00ebmundjeve kardiovaskulare. Sa mund t\u00eb kontribuoj\u00eb t\u00eb ushqyerit dhe p\u00ebrdorimi i saj i drejt ose jo i drejt p\u00ebr nj\u00eb jet\u00eb t\u00eb sh\u00ebndetshme?<\/h2>\n

Sa i p\u00ebrket t\u00eb ushqyerit, ushqimi \u00ebsht\u00eb segment shum\u00eb i r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm n\u00eb shprehit\u00eb e p\u00ebrditshme, k\u00ebshtu q\u00eb gjithmon\u00eb do t\u00eb duhej t\u00eb b\u00ebhet nj\u00eb bilanc, s\u00eb pari t\u00eb marrjes s\u00eb ushqimit dhe t\u00eb harxhimit ditor t\u00eb energjis\u00eb. Normalisht se \u00e7do konsumim i tepric\u00ebs s\u00eb ushqimit n\u00eb krahasim me aktivitetin e njeriut do t\u00eb sjell\u00eb deri te pasoja t\u00eb pad\u00ebshiruara t\u00eb grumbullimit n\u00eb form\u00eb t\u00eb shtresave yndyrore, e me k\u00ebt\u00eb edhe rritja e pesh\u00ebs trupore dhe m\u00eb tej t\u00eb gjitha komplikimet nga kjo. Konkretisht t\u00eb themi se n\u00eb ushqimin e sh\u00ebndetsh\u00ebm rekomandohet t\u00eb shmangen t\u00eb gjitha ato produkte yndyrore, ushqim i yndyrsh\u00ebm. Ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht te pacient\u00ebt t\u00eb cil\u00ebt kan\u00eb s\u00ebmundje koronare rekomandohet ushqim i sh\u00ebndetsh\u00ebm, pa yndyra, t\u00eb pasur me perime, pem\u00eb ose dy deri tre her\u00eb n\u00eb jav\u00eb t\u00eb konsumohet peshk. Peshku \u00ebsht\u00eb i pasur me omega acide yndyrore t\u00eb cilat jan\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme n\u00eb metabolizmin e njeriut dhe k\u00ebtu para s\u00eb gjithash do ta p\u00ebrmendja salmonin n\u00eb vend t\u00eb par\u00eb, pastaj hareng\u00ebn, sardelen, tona etj. – N\u00eb numrin e p\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm t\u00eb faktor\u00ebve t\u00eb rrezikut, vendin e vet e z\u00eb edhe jo aktiviteti fizik si faktor rreziku dhe normalisht se \u00e7do aktivitet fizik me doz\u00eb t\u00eb drejt ka m\u00eb shum\u00eb efekte t\u00eb volitshme t\u00eb sistemit kardiovaskular dhe duhet t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshihet n\u00eb vet\u00eb parandalimin e k\u00ebtyre s\u00ebmundjeve. Q\u00ebllimi \u00ebsht\u00eb t\u00eb arrihet nj\u00eb nivel i ngarkimit t\u00eb zemr\u00ebs, k\u00ebshtu me k\u00ebt\u00eb trajnim, jo vet\u00ebm q\u00eb zemra fiton n\u00eb zhvillimin e muskulit, por vendoset edhe nj\u00eb baraspesh\u00eb psiko-fizike n\u00eb vet\u00eb njeriun, k\u00ebshtu q\u00eb ka ndikim t\u00eb shum\u00ebfisht\u00eb mbi vet\u00eb njeriun.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb fund t\u2019ju pyes p\u00ebr kontrollet parandaluese, sa shpesh duhet t\u00eb b\u00ebhet te nj\u00eb pacient i sh\u00ebndosh\u00eb?<\/h2>\n

– Kur jemi te kontrollet parandaluese, s\u00eb pari varet nga mosha e pacient\u00ebve, pas mosh\u00ebs 40 vje\u00e7e me rregull do t\u00eb duhej t\u00eb gjith\u00eb njer\u00ebzit t\u00eb vijn\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb kontroll parandalues, pa pasur ndonj\u00eb simptom\u00eb, t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb kontroll themelor q\u00eb n\u00ebnkupton EKG, auskultim t\u00eb zemr\u00ebs, palpim dhe nj\u00eb bised\u00eb me q\u00ebllim t\u00eb zbulohet n\u00ebse pacienti ka ndonj\u00eb faktor rreziku dhe n\u00ebse momentalisht ka shenja p\u00ebr ndonj\u00eb s\u00ebmundje kardiovaskulare.
