Aparati i rezonac\u00ebs magnetike \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb nga teknologjit\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb avancuara\u00a0 dhe nj\u00eb nga arritjet m\u00eb t\u00eb fundit n\u00eb mjek\u00ebsi, e cila\u00a0 e leht\u00ebson diagnostikimin e nj\u00eb numri t\u00eb madh t\u00eb ndryshimeve n\u00eb sisteme dhe organe. P\u00ebr pyetjet m\u00eb t\u00eb shpeshta n\u00eb lidhje me rezonanc\u00ebn magnetike, p\u00ebrgjigje mor\u00ebm nga Dr. Sen\u00e7o Netkov, radiolog n\u00eb spitalin klinik \u201cAcibadem Sistina\u201d.<\/p>\n
Sipas teknikave t\u00eb saj karakteristike, rezonanca magnetike dallon nga aparatet e tjera diagnostikuese t\u00eb cilat p\u00ebrdoren ne radiologji, pasi nuk p\u00ebrdor rreze radiologjike.\u00a0 Ky aparat funksionon n\u00eb parimin e fush\u00ebs elektromagnetike.<\/p>\n
P\u00ebr vet\u00eb faktin q\u00eb punon me fush\u00eb magnetike nuk shkakton asnj\u00eb efekt t\u00eb d\u00ebmsh\u00ebm mbi pacientin dhe sh\u00ebndetin e tij.<\/p>\n
\u00cbsht\u00eb absolutisht e sigurt si p\u00ebr regjistrimin e f\u00ebmij\u00ebve ashtu edhe t\u00eb foshnjave. P\u00ebr faktin se f\u00ebmij\u00ebt nuk mund t\u00eb q\u00ebndrojn\u00eb t\u00eb qet\u00eb dhe pa l\u00ebvizuar, regjistrimi\u00a0 b\u00ebhet n\u00ebn ndikimin e anestezis\u00eb. Rezonanca magnetike para s\u00eb gjithash p\u00ebrdoret p\u00ebr diagnoz\u00ebn e ndryshimeve dhe s\u00ebmundjeve t\u00eb sistemit nervor q\u00ebndror dhe palc\u00ebs kurrizore.\u00a0 K\u00ebtu p\u00ebrfshihen ndryshimet e lindura dhe ato t\u00eb shfaqura me kalimin e koh\u00ebs, metastazat n\u00eb tru dhe n\u00eb palc\u00ebn kurrizore, si dhe goditjet dhe hemoragjit\u00eb n\u00eb tru.\u00a0 Gjithashtu, p\u00ebrdoret p\u00ebr diagnoz\u00ebn e t\u00eb gjitha ndryshimeve n\u00eb muskuj, tetivave dhe pjes\u00ebve t\u00eb tjera t\u00eb sistemit kockor-muskular.\u00a0 Me mtod\u00ebn e magnetit t\u00eb holangiografis\u00eb (cholangiography) mund t\u00eb shikohen rrug\u00ebt e fshik\u00ebz\u00ebs s\u00eb t\u00ebmthit.\u00a0 Gjithashtu \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb metod\u00eb shum\u00eb e dobishme n\u00eb diagnostikimin e ndryshimeve t\u00eb gjirit dhe n\u00eb diagnostikimin e fetusit.<\/p>\n
Me disa teknika t\u00eb software q\u00eb disponon aparati i rezonanc\u00ebs magnetike n\u00eb \u201cAciabdem Sistina\u201d\u00a0 mund t\u00eb diagnostikohen goditjet n\u00eb tru 1 deri n\u00eb 2 or\u00eb nga fillimi i zhvillimit t\u00eb infarktit cerebral.\u00a0 Kjo b\u00ebn t\u00eb mundur fillimin e terapis\u00eb n\u00eb koh\u00eb, duke reduktuar n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb pasojat. N\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim me departamentin e kardiologjis\u00eb dhe neurologjis\u00eb, kemi p\u00ebrvoja pozitive me pacient\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebve i\u2019u \u00ebsht\u00eb diagnostikuar\u00a0 infarkt cerebral dhe menj\u00ebher\u00eb i\u2019u \u00ebsht\u00eb dh\u00ebn\u00eb trajtimi me tromboliza (thrombolysis). Rezonanca magnetike nuk rekomandohet p\u00ebr grat\u00eb shtatz\u00ebna deri n\u00eb jav\u00ebn e 16 t\u00eb shtatz\u00ebnis\u00eb, pasi ajo \u00ebsht\u00eb periudha e procesit t\u00eb zhvillimit t\u00eb fetusit (organogenesis). Gjithashtu nuk duhet t\u00eb regjistrohen pacient\u00ebt t\u00eb cil\u00ebt jan\u00eb t\u00eb pajisur me pacemakers (stimulues kardiak), pacient\u00ebt t\u00eb cil\u00ebt kan\u00eb n\u00eb trupin e tyre pllaka metalike, unaza metalike apo vida t\u00eb cilat jan\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrpunuara me inoks.\u00a0 N\u00ebse t\u00eb gjitha k\u00ebto elemente t\u00eb montuara n\u00eb trup jan\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrpunuara me titan, at\u00ebher\u00eb rezonanca magnetike mund t\u00eb kryhet pa problem. Problem p\u00ebr regjistrimin me rezonanc\u00eb magnetike, jan\u00eb edhe pajisjet elektronike \u00a0t\u00eb cilat sh\u00ebrbejn\u00eb p\u00ebr d\u00ebgjim.<\/p>\n
Rezonanca magnetike 3 Tesla \u00ebsht\u00eb gjenerata m\u00eb e re e cila ka avantazhe t\u00eb shumta mbi at\u00eb 1.5 Tesla.
