Sfida sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsore \u2013 diabeti \u2013 \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb sfid\u00eb edhe n\u00eb bot\u00ebn moderne, p\u00ebr shkak se Organizata Bot\u00ebrore Sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsore vazhdimisht thekson se kjo s\u00ebmundje me natyr\u00ebn e saj epidemike, \u00ebsht\u00eb me t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb nj\u00eb problem i r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm p\u00ebr sh\u00ebndetin njer\u00ebzor. N\u00eb t\u00eb njejt\u00ebn koh\u00eb, kjo s\u00ebmundje e cila \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb rritje, ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht n\u00eb vendet n\u00eb zhvillim, diabeti \u00ebsht\u00eb ndoshta \u00e7rregullimi metabolik m\u00eb serioz n\u00eb bot\u00eb. Tek t\u00eb dyja llojet e diabetit Tip 1 dhe Tip 2, ushqimi i sh\u00ebndetsh\u00ebm dhe me cil\u00ebsi,\u00a0 dhe suplementat jan\u00eb pjes\u00eb e terapis\u00eb nutritive. Ushqimi i sh\u00ebndetsh\u00ebm ka p\u00ebr q\u00ebllim ruajtjen e nivelit normal t\u00eb sheqerit n\u00eb gjak pa luhatje t\u00eb m\u00ebdha, sepse kontrolli i mir\u00eb i glicemis\u00eb ka nj\u00eb ndikim t\u00eb madh n\u00eb rezultatin klinik afatgjat\u00eb. Personat t\u00eb cil\u00ebt vuajn\u00eb nga diabeti, duhet t\u00eb ndjekin udh\u00ebzimet e pranuara n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb univerzale, n\u00eb lidhje me ushqimin e sh\u00ebndetsh\u00ebm, por ndryshe nga personat e sh\u00ebndetsh\u00ebm, ata, ushqimin duhet ta konsiderojn\u00eb si terapi dhe jo si burim p\u00ebr ta shijuar. Por kjo nuk duhet ti shqet\u00ebsoj\u00eb, pasi ushqimi i sh\u00ebndetsh\u00ebm \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb i shijsh\u00ebm dhe kjo b\u00ebn t\u00eb mundur q\u00eb pacient\u00ebt t\u00eb cil\u00ebt vuajn\u00eb nga diabeti t\u00eb ken\u00eb nj\u00eb terapi plot me shije!\u00a0Por duhet t\u00eb tregohet kujdes sepse edhe toleranca m\u00eb minimale ushqimore mund t\u00eb shkaktoj\u00eb \u00e7rregullim n\u00eb organiz\u00ebm.<\/p>\n
Pacient\u00ebt me diabet Tip 1 (s\u00ebmundje autoimmune ku pankreasi nuk prodhon ose prodhon shum\u00eb pak insulin\u00eb, \u00a0q\u00eb do t\u00eb thot\u00eb se sheqeri q\u00eb ndodhet n\u00eb gjak nuk hyn aspak n\u00eb qeliza), ushqimi duhet t\u00eb p\u00ebrshtatet me llojin dhe doz\u00ebn e insulin\u00ebs, si dhe me vlerat e glukoz\u00ebs n\u00eb gjak.<\/p>\n
Nd\u00ebrsa pacient\u00ebt me diabet Tip 2 (lidhur me vese t\u00eb k\u00ebqija si obeziteti, mungesa e aktivitetit fizik, stresi, pirja e duhanit , n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast pankreasi prodhon insulin\u00eb por qelizat nuk reagojn\u00eb ndaj saj dhe glukoza p\u00ebrs\u00ebri mbetet n\u00eb gjak. N\u00eb mes t\u00eb pacient\u00ebve t\u00eb cil\u00ebt vuajn\u00eb nga diabeti Tip 2 gjithnj\u00eb dhe m\u00eb tep\u00ebr jan\u00eb t\u00eb pranish\u00ebm f\u00ebmij\u00ebt, tek t\u00eb cil\u00ebt ushqimi jo i duhur, shkakton shtimin n\u00eb pesh\u00eb e cila e shoq\u00ebruar me munges\u00eb t\u00eb aktivitetit fizik, me konsumin e pijeve t\u00eb gazuara, \u00ebmb\u00eblsirave dhe ushqime t\u00eb tjera t\u00eb ndryshme konsiderohen t\u00eb jen\u00eb shkaktar\u00eb t\u00eb shfaqjes s\u00eb diabetit tek f\u00ebmij\u00ebt. Nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr pik\u00eb e \u00a0r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme p\u00ebr pacient\u00ebt me diabet Tip 2 \u00ebsht\u00eb se nuk duhet ti kap\u00ebrcejn\u00eb vaktet e ushqimit, t\u00eb cilat t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn duhet t\u00eb jen\u00eb tre her\u00eb n\u00eb dit\u00eb t\u00eb shoq\u00ebruara me dy vakte t\u00eb tjera shtes\u00eb me fruta. Me k\u00ebt\u00eb rit\u00ebm t\u00eb ushqyeri, organizmi \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb punoj\u00eb qet\u00ebsisht dhe n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb vazhdueshme pa ndonj\u00eb luhatje t\u00eb madhe t\u00eb sheqerit n\u00eb gjak.<\/p>\n
Nj\u00eb pike tjet\u00ebr e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme \u00ebsht\u00eb zgjedhja e produkteve ushqimore, p\u00ebrgatitja e tyre e duhur, si dhe kombinimi i duhur i tyre n\u00eb nj\u00eb vakt t\u00eb vet\u00ebm sepse ushqimi e ndryshon indeksin e tij glicemik si n\u00eb procesin e p\u00ebrgatitjes ashtu edhe n\u00eb p\u00ebrzierjen e ushqimeve t\u00eb ndryshme. Duhet t\u00eb shmangen produktet me miell t\u00eb bardh\u00eb, brum\u00ebrat dhe pastat e ndryshme dhe n\u00eb vend t\u00eb tyre t\u00eb p\u00ebrdoret buka integrale me kok\u00ebrra apo fara t\u00eb plota dhe drith\u00ebra si \u2013 t\u00ebrsh\u00ebra, elbi, etj. Makaronat integrale duhet t\u00eb gatuhen deri n\u00eb momentin e zbutjes s\u00eb tyre n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb mos rritet indeksi glicemik. P\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb nivelit t\u00eb lart\u00eb t\u00eb GI nuk duhet t\u00eb konsumohen s\u00eb tep\u00ebrmi musli dhe kornfleksi. Kur flasim p\u00ebr mishin i cili gjithmon\u00eb duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb i pranish\u00ebm n\u00eb tavolin\u00eb, por sigurisht jo \u00e7do dit\u00eb dhe \u00ebsht\u00eb mir\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrdoret mish i past\u00ebr pa yndyr\u00eb, mish i fresk\u00ebt shpend\u00ebsh, i zier\u00eb ose i pjekur, nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb mishi i that\u00eb, i skuqur, i marinuar duhet t\u00eb shmanget si dhe mishi i konzervuar apo i tymosur. Duhet t\u00eb shmanget ushqimet t\u00eb cilat p\u00ebrmbajn\u00eb niseshte, duhet t\u00eb theksohet se me an\u00eb t\u00eb gatimit t\u00eb ushqimeve rritet niveli i GI edhe tek perimet, ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht perimet me rr\u00ebnj\u00eb rekomandohen t\u00eb konsumohen t\u00eb fresk\u00ebta (karrota, panxhari, rrepa \u2026), p\u00ebrsa i p\u00ebrket frutave, konsumoni ato t\u00eb cilat p\u00ebrmbajn\u00eb nivel t\u00eb ul\u00ebt t\u00eb GI, si\u00e7 \u00ebaht\u00eb molla, gjithashtu frutat e thata si bajamet dhe lajthit\u00eb jan\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrkryera p\u00ebr rregullimin e hiperglicemis\u00eb. P\u00ebrdorni vaj t\u00eb ftoht\u00eb t\u00eb kulluar, nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb mjalti, sheqeri dhe koncentratet e shqerit duhet t\u00eb shmangen. L\u00ebngjet e sheqerosuara dhe pirja e alkolit jan\u00eb rrept\u00ebsisht t\u00eb ndaluara, duhet t\u00eb konsumoni \u00e7ajra bimor\u00eb, l\u00ebngje natyrale me fryta t\u00eb shtrydhura, uj\u00eb. Pirja e kafes lejohet nj\u00eb her\u00eb n\u00eb dit\u00eb. Sasia e vaktit t\u00eb ushqimit \u00ebsht\u00eb e p\u00ebrcaktuar individualisht p\u00ebr \u00e7do pacient. Ajo p\u00ebrcaktohet nga pesha e trupit dhe metabolizmi i pacientit, sepse studime\u00a0 t\u00eb shumta shkencore kan\u00eb treguar t\u00eb BMI (body mass index) mbi 30 me diabet Tip2.<\/p>\n
Respektimi i ushqimit t\u00eb duhur, \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb kart\u00eb e fuqishme n\u00eb procesin e trajtimit t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj s\u00ebmundje, s\u00ebbashku me aktivitetin fizik, kan\u00eb nj\u00eb dometh\u00ebnie t\u00eb madhe n\u00ebse merret parasysh\u00eb fakti se n\u00eb dekad\u00ebn e fundit se mbipesha dhe ushqimi i tep\u00ebrt, jan\u00eb nj\u00eb problem n\u00eb rritje n\u00eb nivel bot\u00ebror, n\u00eb krahasim me urin\u00eb apo mosushqimin.<\/p>\n
