Shkaku m\u00eb i zakonsh\u00ebm p\u00ebr bllokimin e kanaleve t\u00eb qum\u00ebshtit, \u00ebsht\u00eb t\u00eb ushqyerit t\u00eb shkurtuar me gji dhe jo t\u00eb rregullt, pozicionimi i parregullt (vendosja e keqe) gjat\u00eb gjidh\u00ebnies, ose presioni i vazhduesh\u00ebm i veshjeve t\u00eb pap\u00ebrshtatshme.
